A great trainer can estimate the value of a slave just by looking at her. The way she moves, the mass of her muscles, etc. allow the trainer to judge the estimated value of the girl. Unfortunatly, I doubt you have the skill for it yet.

You can get a room remodeled to allow different jobs which will allow you to train a slave to a different class. IE a stables if you're trying to raise a pony girl, or a sun room if your trying to raise an artist. (Not Implented)
