Just a thought. Instead of running a brothel out of your own house...how about a way to own a store?
Each store can hold a certain number of girls who can all work the store with an appropriate skill. Appropriate skill is determined by store type and job selection. Some jobs will just require a warm body to be done, others will definitely depend on skill.
Easiest store to manage is a brothel. Girl set to whore job gets paid the same amount she would get at home. If a girl is set to advertise then all other girls have their income boosted by a small amount depending on the advertising girl's stats. Say advertising is based on a girl's nymphomania stat since that controls what she is willing to wear. Every 25 nymphomania that the girl has adds 2g to each whore job. Round factions up, and give a special bonus for 100 so you get 10g extra per job. 4 slots per store means 6g extra for almost any girl advertising, and 30g extra for a 100 nymphomania girl. Max of 1 girl advertising giving a bonus.
Restaurant: Girls are assigned to cook or service. Only need one cook, other 3 slots pay best for service. Cooking girl doesn't earn money per se but acts as a bonus for girls doing the service. Cook bonus = 1g per 15 skill. Service pays 1g for every 25 points, round down (so just cook bonus at skill 1-24). "fine dinning" bonus for musician and singer. Either skill divided by 30 round down.
Theater: Girls use performance skills here to earn a little coin. One girl can act as a manager (combination of director, house manager and ticket taker). while another girl can advertise with similar bonuses to the brothel. Actors, musicians and singers earn skill divided by 15. No manager means half wage, manager with obedience less than 30 no bonus. 31-60 bonus 1g. 61-90 bonus 2g. 90-100 3g bonus.
Shops should be expandable to 8 slots at carpenter. Player shouldn't be allowed to own more than 1 shop. Maybe a chance that low obedience slaves either refuse to work, or even run away (gone for 1-3 days before returned).
