This is one LONG quest, or it could be split into three, one moderate and two short. I make a variety of assumptions
1) There will be a second tier class for Pony-Girls similar to the Cow-Girl class 2) There will be pony-girl equipment similar to the existing Cow-girl equipment, specifically a pony-cart 3) There will be some way of making money with pony-girls, probably pony-girl racing at the arena (as I suggest in another thread).
Any or all of the requirements and formulas for determining race winners are subject to change
Basics: Quest Name: The Jockey consists of Street Racer (moderate) Arena Race Organizer (short) The Matched Pair (short)
Quest Rewards: pony racing cart some reputation possibly some money possibly a pair of pony-girl slaves

Quest length: long
Quest Details:
Part 1 As the shopkeeper readies your purchase, another patron in the shop approches you. Jockey: I see you're purchasing pony gear. Are you planning on training a pony slave ? PC: Perhaps. Why do you ask ? Jockey: I was a horse trainer before I found myself in Magmell. Since actual horses are so rare here, I've been trying to apply my skills to training human pony-slaves. I've been somewhat successful, but I'm still learning. PC: Is there much demand for pony-slaves ? Jockey: They sell reasonably well at the auction, but better to some of the patrons of the Gentlemen's Club who collect them. Those gentlemen pay well as they haven't the time or, in some cases, the skill to train them themselves. It's best if one is rich enough to have more than one. PC: Is that so ? Jockey: I've found that pony-slaves are happiest interacting with other pony-slaves rather than solely with the more common slaves. My facilities are somewhat limited, so I rarely can have more than one pony-slave at a time. If you had one as well, it might benefit both of us to let them interact. PC: I see. Jockey: I've taken up too much of your time. If you do elect to train a pony-slave, I wish you the best of luck. PC: Thank you. Goodbye.
(comment: This forshadows daisy's yet to be implemented Gentleman's Club)
Part 2 On the streets of Magmell, you encounter a person you've met before. He has a slave in a pony harness with him. Jockey: Hello again. I believe we met in the tailor shop ? PC: You are correct. I remember it. Is this one of your pony-slaves ? Jockey: Yes, it is. This is <random slave-name>. She's coming along nicely. I see you're training a pony-slave of your own. May I examine her ? PC: Of course. The man examines your slave closely, looking at her teeth, feeling her muscles, and squeezing her ass. Jockey: She has some potential. Magmell is very flat; a good pony slave should be able to pull a lightweight cart. I will be obtaining one when I can. I haven't found any for sale, so I may have to have one custom made. PC: Perhaps I will too when circumstances permit. Jockey: I recommend it. When you do, perhaps I shall challenge you to a race ? All in good fun, of course. PC: Of course. Jockey: I should be going. Good bye. PC: Goodbye
(effect: pony mimicry + 2 for tolerating being examined as if she's in a horse show) (comment: the cart isn't implemented yet, but I saw flagnine did one. I did one too, just in case) (comment: part 2 may be skipped if the cart is already owned)
Part 3 On the streets of Magmell, you encounter the Jockey and his pony-slave. He has her harnessed to a small cart. PC: Hello. I see you've gotten a pony cart since we last met. Jockey: Yes. It was a bit hard to afford, since I had to have it custom made, but I managed. PC: How is it working out ? Jockey: Quite well. I hope to be able to have a race, once there are more pony-slaves with carts. Pardon me, but I must be going. Goodbye. The jockey snaps the reigns and his pony-slave pulls him and his cart away at a trot.
Part 4 On the streets of Magmell, you encounter the Jockey and his pony-slave. Her harness glitters with polished brass and a fancy plume tops her head. She is harnessed to a fancy cart. PC: Hello. I see you've upgraded to a new cart. Jockey: I did. I came into a bit of money. PC: I see. Part 4a Jockey: I'd really like to be able to race, but racing pony carts are still rare here in Magmell. If I gave you my old pony-cart, would you agree to race with me ? (PC choice, will you agree to race ?) PC: No, thank you. Perhaps some other time. (loop back to part 4a when trigger next met) or PC: You're on ! Jockey: Wonderful ! I'll have it delivered tomorrow.
Part 5 Next morning event: In the morning, the jockey's old pony-cart is sitting next to your stable door. He must have delivered very early in the morning before your household awoke. A note left with it says that it is now yours. (effect: gain racing pony-cart)
Part 6 On the streets of Magmell, you encounter the Jockey and his pony-slave. Her harness glitters with polished brass and a fancy plume tops her head. She is harnessed to a racing cart. You wave to him from your cart as he approaches. PC: Thank you for the pony-cart. Jockey: you're welcome.
Part 6a Jockey: Well, how about that friendly race I mentioned ? Last one to <random location> is a rotten egg ?
(PC choice, will you race ?) PC: No, thank you. Perhaps some other time. (loop back to part 6a when trigger next met) or PC: You're on !
The Jockey maneuvers his cart around so that your carts are both side-by-side. Jockey: Ready, Set ... Go ! You both snap your reigns. The pony-slaves lean into the harnesses as they strain to pull the carts as fast as they can. You both weave through the streets of Magnell avoiding other traffic as best you can, until you arrive at the finish. Jockey: Good Race ! Remember to rub your pony-slave down when you return to your stable or she may get sick.
(effect: slave health -10 (she's tired), pony mimicry +3 for competing)
If random number * 300 < (2 * slave's pony mimicry) + slave's health, you win ! (comment: these numbers are subject to change for balance reasons)
If you lost: Jockey: Perhaps your pony will do better next time. (effect: slave happiness -1) (comment: part 6 not completed, loop back to part 6a next time trigger is met)
If you won: Jockey: I see I have to train my pony-slave harder. I think I'll want a rematch later. (effect: slave happiness +1, pony-mimicry additional +3 for winning, your reputation +1) (comment: part 6 is complete, may continue to part 7)
Part 7 On the streets of Magmell, you encounter the Jockey and his pony-slave. Her harness glitters with polished brass and a fancy plume tops her head. She is harnessed to a racing cart. You wave to him from your cart as he approaches.
Jockey: I very much enjoyed our last race. How about another ? Last one to <random location> is a rotten egg ?
(PC choices, will you race ?) PC: Not just now, thank you. Perhaps some other time. (loop back to Part 7 when trigger next met) or PC: You're on ! (continue)
Jockey: Care to make the race a bit more interesting ? PC: How so ? Jockey: Let's place a wager, shall we ? Name the bet ! Part 7b (PC Choice, amount of bet ?) PC: Sorry, I don't bet (reputation -1) Jockey: Too bad. You should show more confidence in your pony-slave. Just a simple race it will be.
PC: How about a token gold piece ? Jockey: It's a bet.
PC: How about a meal at the cafe ? (about 20 gold) Jockey: Sounds good. I promise not to order the lobster when I win. (comment: yes, I know there is no lobster at the cafe.)
PC: How about 100 gold ? Jockey: You must be very confident in your pony-slave. Very well. I hope I'm not in over my head.
PC: How about your slave and cart wagered against mine ? Jockey: Woah, that's too rich for my blood. I only have the one right now. If I lost her, I'd be out of business. How about something else ? (effect: reputation +1) (loop back Part 7b, with this choice no longer available this time) The Jockey maneuvers his cart around so that your carts are both side-by-side. Jockey: Ready, Set ... Go ! You both snap the reigns. The pony-slaves lean into the harnesses as they strain to pull the carts as fast as they can. You both weave through the streets of Magnell avoiding other traffic as best you can, until you arrive at the finish. Jockey: Good Race !
(effect: slave health -10 (she's tired), pony mimicry +3 for competing)
If random number * 300 < (2 * slave's pony mimicry) + slave's health, you win !
If you lost: Jockey: Perhaps your pony will do better next time. (effect: slave happiness -1, minus the gold amount of your bet) (comment: part 7 is not complete, loop back to part 7a next time trigger is met)
If you won: Jockey: I see you have trained a fine race-pony. (effect: slave happiness +1, pony-mimicry +3 for winning, your reputation +1, + money value of the bet) (comment: part 7 is complete, part 8 unlocked)
Part 8: On the streets of Magmell, you encounter the Jockey and his pony-slave. Her harness glitters with polished brass and a fancy plume tops her head. She is harnessed to a racing cart. You wave to him from your cart as he approaches.
Jockey: I very much enjoyed our last race. How about another ? I've had a run of good fortune, so I bet you 200 gold I can beat you to <random location>.
(PC choices, will you race ?) PC: Not just now, thank you. Perhaps some other time. (loop back to Part 8 when trigger next met) or PC: You're on ! (continue)
The Jockey maneuvers his cart around so that your carts are both side-by-side. Jockey: Ready, Set ... Go ! You both snap the reigns. The pony-slaves lean into the harnesses as they strain to pull the carts as fast as they can. You both weave through the streets of Magnell avoiding other traffic as best you can. You round a corner neck-and-neck and almost run into a squad of guards marching in formation. The guard captain angrily addresses you both. Captain: You two ! We've had complaints about your racing in the streets. If I catch you at it again, I'll confiscate your carts and hit you with a heavy fine. Got it ? Jockey (in a panic): Y-yes sir ! I mean Maam ! Uh, Captain ! (whew !) As the guards march off, the Jockey turns to you. Jockey: I am sorry to have gotten us in trouble, my friend. I may have an idea to let us continue racing, but without risking the anger of that Captain. I will tell you more if I get it worked out. Goodbye for now.
(effect: slave health -10 (she's tired), pony mimicry +3 for competing)
Part 9: On the streets of Magmell, you encounter the Jockey and his pony-slave. Her harness glitters with polished brass and a fancy plume tops her head. She is harnessed to a racing cart. A lettered banner flys from a pole on her cart. You wave to him from your cart as he approaches.
Jockey: How do you like my banner ? Can you read it ok ? PC: (squints a bit) Pony-cart racing at the arena ? Jockey: Yes, yes ! I've earned enough money to rent the arena from time to time and offer a purse to draw other racers. I'm so busy organizing it all that I may not get to race much myself, but you should come and race. PC: Thank you for the invitation. Perhaps I might, later. I must be going now, goodbye.
(effect: Unlock races at the arena)
Part 10: This morning your friend the Jockey came to your door. Jockey: Good morning, my friend. I have a proposition for you. I have the opportunity to buy a matched pair of pony-slaves. I only have the time to train one. You've shown yourself to be a risk-taker. If I buy the two, and lend you one to train, after <number of days>, we shall have a race. If you win, you will have the pair. If I win, you will have trained one of the pair for me for free. What do you say ?
PC Choice: PC: I'm sorry, my friend, but I'm far to busy to take on such a project. Jockey: I see. I'm saddened, but I understand. Please continue to come to the arena races when you can. Goodbye. (end quest)
PC: You have a deal. Be assured, I don't intend to lose. Jockey: I would be disappointed by anything less than your best effort. (gain a slave with the pony-girl class, but untrained)
part 11: The agreed-upon day dawns with Magmell's perfect weather. You make your way to the arena with your assistant and the pony-slave the Jockey has lent you. Your assistant helps harness her to the cart. She stamps nervously as if eager to begin.
Announcer: Welcome to the arena races, people of Magmell. Before our usual races is a special grudge match between the race organizer and one of magmell's premier pony-trainers. The stakes are the pony-slaves themselves !
You mount the cart, patting <pony-slave name> on the ass for luck. Your assistant leads you both to the starting line. The Jockey glances your way and smiles.
Jockey: Best of luck to you, my friend. Are you ready ? PC: And to you. We're ready.
Announcer: Annnnnd THEY'RE OFF !
Some calculation of win chance goes here. Perhaps a bonus for slave happiness and love status ? possible tension-building announcer description of race here too
If you lose by a lot: ((lose lent pony-slave from part 10 and her equipment, but not the cart; reputation -1) Jockey: I'm a bit disappointed. Have you lost your touch ?
If you lose by a little: (lose lent pony-slave from part 10 and her equipment, but not the cart, reputation +1) Jockey: Well played, my friend, but I've come out on top. Thank you for training her for me.
If you win: (reputation + 10) Jockey: You've done a superb job. I will honor our bet, of course, but let me offer to buy the pair back from you for, say, <large amount> ?
PC: For you, my friend ? Of course. (lose the lent pony-slave, gain cash)
PC: Sorry, a bet is a bet. (gain pony-slave with pony equipment, pony-girl class (with a score a bit less than yours), same archetype as the one you gained in part 10
<end quest>
EDIT: Epilog: If you sell the pair back to the Jockey, you will occasionally encounter him when walking about town, driving his pair of pony girls ahead of a fancy cart.

Sounds like fun (It should be "ma'am" when he apologies to the guard captain.)

Just trying to visualize the races (and thus has no bearing on the quest itself) but how do the slaves pull the cart exactly? Do they crawl on all fours, which is impractical but hilarious to imagine (crawling at the speed of sound!) or do they pull the carts like Rickshaw (spelling?) drivers but dressed in the pony-garb instead? Aside from that not only does this look like fun to do, but it could be a great way to earn some cash aside from whoring or selling milk, if you win of course . As for the RNG balancing, according to your math: if X * 300 where X is a RNG value < (2 * Pony Mimicry) + Health yields a victory, it will be REALLY hard to win since if X >= 2 you lose no matter what since your controlled value could be at MAX, 300 [(2 * 100 max Pony Mimic) + 100 Health] so I'd scale the RNG multiplier down enough to make it challenging but not nearly impossible, and it also depends on the RNG's range of values too.

Like a rickshaw is correct. As to the math, it should be hard to win if the pony-mimicry is low, but easy if it's high AND you have good health. Once in the arena, you'll probably need the second tier class at a high level to win reliably.

Well yeah I understand that, I'm just saying that with the current formula, you could have max stats and if that RNG's range is like from 0-10, the player is looking at winning only 2/11 times or 1/10 (if you're not counting 0). I'd say at max stats the chance of success should at least be 1/2 (and then the actual win rate being lower due to player responsibilities).
Edit: rate of winning math was wrong, if X = 2 counts as a loss, thus only 0,1 would be the only way to win.

Right, actually my math in that case is even more incorrect because I forgot that Pony-Girl and pony mimicry are two different things (one being a T2 class, and the other being a T1 stat).
In that case your current formula looks like this (based on my own interpretation about the weight of stats):
X * 300 < (2 * (Pony-Girl Stat 1 + Pony-Girl Stat 2 + Pony-Girl Stat 3) + Girl's Health) where X is a RNG.
so if 0 < X < 10 (inclusive) the best possible outcome for a player is like this:
X * 300 < ((2 * 300) + 100) or rather X * 300 < 700 is a win if X < 2 (inclusive)
which then gives 3/11 or 1/5 (counting 0 or not) as incorrectly stated above.
Note: when I say (inclusive) it means less/greater than or equal (I can't do the symbol for < with the single bar underneath to properly show the range of values)
Now taking 3 stats into account instead of 1, you could probably do X * 150 and X being between 0 and 10 and that would give better odds for a win and still preserve the original intent of the race check.
