Combat statuses exist but only for drunk if you want to test them.
Right now I have them set in an ordering based on what I think there related too on the character screen. Your idea is interesting, but I'm thinking maybe a color coding on the background would be a better way.

just a suggestion but i noticed the trait "animalistic" listed here and i was thinking that a better way to do it would be to make it based on the animal class the girl has ex:
name: "insane: cow girl"
Description: "This girl believes she is truly a cow, she acts as a real cow would"
Effect: the girl can only perform things that a cow can (like being milked), maybe make this effect hard to get (like 90%+ in cow girl and below -50 in sanity) and make this girls milking counter reset every 2 shifts and not 4 (full day) like regular girls
