If all of your images are .pngs that would do it, easily. Some of them are bitmaps. That said, flash claims to be storing them internally in JPEG format. I think the big problem is that some of them are way oversized.

On an unrelated note, the development feed has disappeared from the SF website. I use this quite a lot on SF to check if there has been recent revisions to the repository and how well supported the project is.

Here is the first revision of the svn tutorial, until we decide on how to handle branches how SF will work in general for multiple commiters, this is as far as I am comfortable describing. Attachments:

Personally I prefer using repo-browse, but that's negligible. As for branching, I think to minimize headache, we should have people request branch creations, but we'll see. I've yet to actually use merge, so I can't comment. Do what you think would be best though. If you feel something is a good idea just add it and we'll remove stuff later.

Well under the guise of trying to keep svn urls accurate, I will need a branch or at the very least, some sort of authentication permissions to write the commit portion.

Oh, I literally had just added you to the project before posting. I guess you didn't get a chance to check.

A note/warning/announcement: I'm going to test merge daisy's branch with trunk tomorrow at 9pm pst.

Zenzou there is no need to merge since there is a common trunk just go ahead and branch daisy's branch into the trunk, save yourself the merge and recommit time.
--edit-- I saw that a few moments ago I should have branch now on SF.

The merge is more for myself learning the procedure, and also see it actually done. So that the next time that we actually do need/want a merge, I understand what's going on, and if someone needs help I've got background in doing so.

You should be fine with the merge - Tortoise has a decent merge tool. If you've any questions feel free to ask me.

Again, merging is really for myself. I'm one of those people who learn by doing. I understand how things work procedurally, but until I actually do it I'll be forever in the dark. --- I compiled your branch Daisy. So far so good. -- aww shit you left worksafe on again lol only orihime and menance are the only girls loading. uncommenting playerCharacter.easyLoader line fixed that, however now I'm getting girl specific errors.. hmm...copying the girls swf files from the feb bug2 looks like there's an error within the girls' files. First error I'm getting is with Lala

Noted. --- Test merging Daisy Branch with trunk atm using toroise's "merge using two different trees." Doing the "test only" right now and I see "tree conflict" with certain girls' .as files. I'll need to resolve them when it's complete. I forgot to check ignore ancestry. --- Merging now ---
Done...I hope. Nevermind. The merge was only local. Is there a way to merge server-side? Looking into that now. --- Merged. Now I need to find out about server-side merge, if it's even possible.
